Indoor Cricket
The Southville Deli sponsor a local indoor cricket league, which play at the Indoor Action Sports (the old Whitchurch Sports Centre) on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday weekly, at 8.00pm all year round. Women's Five-A-Side-Football
Windmill Hill Dynamos are looking for new players to join their women's five-a-side-football team. They play at Windmill Hill City Farm on Saturdays from 10.00 - 11.00am, and on Wednesday evenings from 7.00 - 8.00pm. New meeting place for Southville Running Club.
The club now meets every Tuesday and Thursday evening,
between 6 - 6.15pm at the Southbank Centre in Dean Lane (top floor in
dance studio), Bedminster for a 6.30pm start.
Course's include slow, intermediate, advanced and technical runs. All welcome.

Southville Centre Circuit Training
Southville Circuit Training takes place every Monday, 7.30 - 8.30pm at The Southville Centre (side buildings in Beauley Road). Warm-up, circuit training and stretching. Self-paced session that works all your muscle groups and is cardio-vascular too. Work as hard as you like at each station, no pressure but it is motivational. Friendly sociable group. Just turn up. Ashton Vale Youth Club
Ashton Vale Youth Club is for children aged eight - thirteen years old. It provides two football courts, table tennis, snooker, and a computer room. Open for mix groups on Thursday evenings from 6.00pm - 9.00pm (subs £1).

New Mums Club
Held fortnightly at the Southville Centre, Fridays

together specifically for mums with bumps or young babies. Come

catch up with other mums in a friendly, supportive and informative
environment. There is always a short talk on a mum relevant topic plus

can find out about washable nappies, try out a range of baby slings, get
your baby’s hand or footprint captured onto a piece of pottery and much

Brunel Walking Group
Brunel Walking Group was formed in 1999 and is a friendly group of youngish adults in their 20’s and 30’s who enjoy walking locally. They currently have over 250 members enjoying a full programme of events which include leisurely paced strolls, 17 mile hikes, cinema nights, theatre evenings and pub crawls. acta Community Theatre
acta Community Theatre is an arts charity based in Bedminster. They offer free youth theatre and arts groups for local people.
Are you aged between 12-19 years old? Then why not
join the Vibe Youth Theatre at the acta Centre on Tuesdays, 5.00-7.00pm.
For people aged 55+, the Older Persons Arts (OPA) group is welcoming new
members. OPA takes place at the acta Centre on Tuesdays 10.00am-12.00pm.

The Girls Brigade
The 37th Bristol section of The Girls Brigade - a Christian international organisation for girls and young women - are welcoming newcomers to their meetings, which happen every Tuesday evening at Totterdown Baptist Church.
The girls are split into age reflective groups, from explorers aged five to seven up to the young leaders, aged 15 plus.
The girls and young women learn skills and have fun while gaining awards and making new friends at the meetings. All officers and helpers have been trained and have been CRB checked.
A small fee of £1.50 is charged and uniform is supplied
